ROAD TEST AND VERIFY BRAKE SHAKE AT HIGHER SPEEDS ONCE AND VERIFIED WHOLE TRUCK STARTED TO SHAKE. RACK VEH AND INSPECT, FRONT AND REAR PADS STILL LOOK NEW, ROTORS NOT DISCOLORED. REMOVE FRONT ROTORS AND CHUCK UP ON BRAKE LATHE. MACHINE BOTH FRONT BRAKE ROTORS LEFT FRONT ONLY ONE CUT RIGHT FRONT TOOK TWO .002 PASSES AND ROAD TEST AGAIN AND GETTING ON FREEWAY HITTING A BUMP VEH WENT IN TO DEATH SHAKE. WENT IN TO DEATH SHAKE SECOND TIME WHILE HITTING BRAKES GOING OVER A BUMP. GET VEH OVER TO ALIGNMENT RACK, VEH HAS NEW SHOCKS. REMOVED LEFT LOWER BOLT AND SHOCK IS FINE. CHECKED FRONT END OUT AGAIN, CHECKED ALL LINKAGE, REMOVED AND TESTED STEERING DAMPER. GOT ALIGNMENT READINGS AND READINGS ARE FINE, TRACK BAR BALLJOINT AND BUSHING HAS NO MOVEMENT. ROTATED AND BALANCED TIRES, CORRECTED FRONT TO REAR TIRE PRESSURE AND WENT AND ROAD TESTED TWO MORE TIMES AND COULD NOT GET VEH TO SHAKE AGAIN. MAY BE TIRE RELATED ( UNCOMMON ) BUT CAN NOT FIND ANY OTHER ISSUES. TALKED TO CUST AND WANT HIM TO GET A FEW MILES ON IT AND ADVISE IF CONCERN IS STILL PRESENT
